cauri edits on Final Cut Pro Studio leveraging all the tools in the suite. These tools and cauri’s background of multimedia/web design, graphic design and 3d design allows him to handle full post including editing, audio mixing, titling & motion effects, color correction, DVD authoring and web output.
cauri first trained as an editor in the Caribbean on the Media 100 system working on music videos, documentaries and commercials. He then trained and worked on Avid in Los Angeles and finally settled into using Final Cut Pro working in Paris.
cauri’s edits display a strong sense of the narrative and a clear understanding of demographics, especially in commercial and industrial pieces.
cauri also teaches Final Cut Pro and lectures in post-production at various institutions including Westminster Kingsway College and the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.
